Friends! We now have a slice of returning to “normal life” and there’s no more fitting place to do it than Hersheypark. I have shared my love of all things Hershey many times before, and I am so thrilled to see summer enjoyed at The Sweetest Place on Earth. Hersheypark Trivia Answers

1. Caramels
2. The streetlights are in the shape of Hershey Kisses–alternating wrapped and unwrapped!
3. The Titanic
4. 0, Milton and Catherine dedicated their lives to taking care of orphans and building a life for them through their school and mission.
5. Hersheypark’s carousel turned 100 in 2019, which now makes it 102 years in age! It has been relocated to a special spot at the very front of the park with the Chocolatetown opening.
6. The Ladybugs! My first job was in the kiddie rides department at Hersheypark, and this was the first ride at which I ever received a positive PAM (Personal Action Memorandum)–for meeting max capacity three hours in a row.
7. Earthmovers. Now at Dutch Wonderland, it’s been renamed Dukes’ Dozers. It was the very first ride I ever operated in Hersheypark. After spending endless hours cleaning up bladder leaks on this ride when I was working at Hersheypark, I had to laugh when my own child had an accident on this ride 30 years later after it had been moved to Dutch Wonderland!
