When I was first asked by Infinity Jars to share their glass jars with you in this sponsored post, I was curious to check out their product identified as “The Most Decadent Glass Ever Created”. Could this glass really be that superior? Why did I need such quality jars? Would I have use for glass jars in my home?
Yet, as soon as I asked myself that last question, the wheels started spinning as one idea after another came to mind for fun ways we could purpose Infinity Jars in our home. Storage for our garden herbs and essential oils! Fantastic travel-friendly jars for my endless bevy of skin-care products! A safe and effective way to stash vitamins, a container to keep coffee beans uber-fresh, home decor accents…the list of possible uses for these glass jars became endless and by the time they arrived, I was beyond eager to check out my new treasures.
Infinity Jars are, no doubt, top-notch quality. Unlike clear or amber glass jars, they work to preserve freshness with an airtight seal and lightproof premium imported European glass with ultraviolet light filtering. What does all of this mean? If you store something in one of these jars, it is going to stay fresh!
Check out some of the cool graphics from their site that illustrate the benefit of their product in comparison to other glass jars:
By the time I had my assortment of gorgeous glass jars in hand, and I’d well caught the itchiness of the DIY inspiration bug. My first idea, so very simple, was to use the large 2-liter Apothecary Jar as a flower vase. You know those cheap thin vases you grab with grocery store flowers? No more! We were rolling out the rustic chicness in this home!
My husband, an enthusiastic hobbyist, is very dedicated to his gardening and continues to grow a stash of both fresh and dried herbs. The problem? We’ve never had a proper storage system for his harvest or for the many spices we keep on hand. Enter apothecary jars for the perfect solution…
I like to play pretend once in a while. You know, the stuff of crazy fantasies where I am the kind of gal who sits at the dinner table and chats with her husband sans the 16,000 temper tantrums and desperate pleas for more juice. How’s a mom of two young ones to foster this delusion? She gets a beautiful glass water bottle, fills it and sets it on the middle of the dinner table to precipitate the notion that the meal will be of the leisurely, calm sort that allows for casual refills of your water glass without getting up from the table. While this peace never actually transpires, the water bottle’s presence alone adds an element of hope to our family dinners.
Lest you find yourself in a less hysterical state of life, this is the perfect table accent for company. Or, go wild for the rest of us and fill it with an adult beverage to be shared. I’m raising my chicken nugget in salute to you!
I have a most involved fascination with coconut oil. It’s miraculous stuff, but since I purchase it in ginormous tubs, travelling with it is a tad dicey. Thanks to Infinity Jars’ glass screwtop jars, I can take my coconut oil on the go. Before a trip, I fill up a small glass jar, and I’m set.
*Note: these jars can be purchased in multiple for a discount–have a cool recipe for a sugar scrub or other DIY product? Consider your teacher gifts for the year done!
I have a dear friend who tirelessly reminds me of the value of my essential oils in battling my long-standing battle with sleep. She encourages spritzing lavender oil on my pillow to help me drift off, but I’ve never had a nifty little spray bottle to make this happen…until now.
Lastly, dear readers, my final inspired idea for using Infinity Jars? Allow me to share the sad, constantly-refilled generic oil bottle we’ve been using for FIFTEEN YEARS (pictured on the left). A rather pitiful situation, I know…but, with our jazzy new Infinity Jars’ Square Glass Bottle, the style is on it our home!
The possibilities and uses for Infinity Jars are endless, limited only by your imagination. I can’t say how fun it has been to class up our home a bit and find needed storage solutions for things we use every day. They are so very functional, and because the quality is so high, you end up saving money in the long run vs. constantly tossing spoiled products due to inferior storage.
Infinity Jars is frequently offering sales and discounts, so make sure to pop by their site to snatch up the savings. And as a special treat for my readers, they are giving away a jar of your choice to one of you! As long as you live in the Continental United States and are 18 or older, you are eligible to win. Enter the Rafflecopter below before 4/11/16 at 5:30am for your chance to score a free jar of your own!
Meet up with glass jars, friends, and get the DIY inspiration flowing. Your projects never had such a sweet way to showcase themselves!
****Thank you to Infinity Jars for providing product and compensation so I could share their product with you! My delight in these glass jars in 100% genuine!****
