I have raved before about Kathy from Kissing the Frog. She is lovely soul with a heart of gold and a true friend in this blogging world. When she announced her desire to start a Grief Stories series on her blog, my heart broke a little. I was so touched by her wanting to give others hope in the midst of their hurt.
She describes, “My purpose in launching Grief Stories is to share writers who have worked through their grief and pain, and have come out the other side with hope, healing and inspiration. If just one person reads these stories and finds comfort, it will make a difference.”
I am so honored that she allowed me to take part in this series and so thankful that she is giving me a space to process some of my own grief freely and in such a safe place. Please head over, tell Kathy hello and thank you for being blessing to us all, and then read my post about how I’ve learned that healing from my mother’s death must come in pieces for me…
