10,000? Really?! I have been wearing a pedometer for most of my adult life. There have been times when it has been far easier than others to score the daily goal of racking up 10,000 steps. The thing is, regardless of how difficult it is for me to log this mileage, I know I need to do it. I mean, let’s be honest–this baby weight isn’t going to just magically melt off, right? So all I can say–if it’s been a low step-count day and my husband hears some dull thudding coming from the kitchen–just assume I’m wildly marching in place while washing the dishes trying round out the day, honey….
