Isaac’s 1st Christmas (pouty dog included) |
It is very possible that I am obsessed with holiday gear. I always knew that I was slightly very into having my children sport bibs, tees, and onesies to shout-out whatever holiday was upcoming, but I now realize that my behavior may border on a little psychotic. This was confirmed when we took a recent trek to my BFF’s house on 2/15–the day after Valentine’s. My children were dolled up for the holiday, per usual, but for St. Patrick’s Day, not Valentine’s, which in this case was truly “so yesterday”. Still didn’t think I was that weird until she took a long, hard look at me. I repeat, a long, hard look (read: “you have three heads”). Wait–so it isn’t normal to wake up at 2am the morning after a holiday in a panic b/c you forgot to change over the holiday drool bibs to the ones for the next holiday?? Mmhh…will have to think on this. In the meantime, I think my kids are pretty cute and EXTREMELY timely ;).
