If you rock it out in any way like my family does, you understand that we are mostly comatose the day after Christmas after getting up at the crack of dawn and hosting a large family dinner. Despite inevitable exhaustion, obviously there is no way this bargain-hunting lover Mom of the Year is going to pass on the post-Christmas sales. Regardless of my need for kid-friendly wrapping paper and extra plastic tablecloths (nothing but the extremely classy in our house), I would go to just watch the other shoppers. The potential to witness a fist fight between two fellow desperate moms over 50% off boxed cards is just too appealing. It’s also an amazing way to work up a pretty decent sweat as a timely attempt to off those post-holiday pounds. While internet shopping is just so darn convenient and fulfilling, the high of carrying over the Christmas spirit by nailing someone with a metal shopping cart simply cannot be found online. Watch out everyone, I’m headed to Target…
