Assuredly, I am the over-indulgent parent who gives in to her child’s demands way too easily. But when your sweet 2 yr. old little boy is lying there in a most-of-his body cast crying for his beloved “chicken and fries”, what is a Mom of the Year to do? Call her husband in a frenzied panic, begging him to pick some up through the value menu at Burger King on the way home! To my credit, the little guy hasn’t eaten a full meal in days, possibly weeks, so my heart probably bleeds pretty readily, BUT–basically, I’m a sucker. Bring home the chicken and fries, honey…
