I have come to the conclusion that one of the greatest joys for the foreseeable future will undoubtedly be going to the bathroom–alone.
If you count dogs, there have been several occasions in recent months where there were 4 other beings with me in the bathroom. And by bathroom, I mean powder room, not one of these fancy huge oases you see on HGTV. If you just can’t swing one of my elaborate vacations to the grocery store right now, I strongly suggest you do a mini-getaway and make a break for the bathroom for a few minutes, locking the door behind you and stuffing in some ear plugs to block out the noise.
Here’s hoping you are all having good weekends and find at least a few moments for a little escapism of some sort 🙂
